Play livestream
Using rtmpdump and a pipe to mplayer:
URI="rtmp://livetv.gss.dr.dk/live" PLAYPATH="livedr01astream2" # Use stream2 or even stream1 instead of stream3 for lower bitrate/resolution (faster on slow connection/computer) rtmpdump -quiet -r $URI --playpath $PLAYPATH --live | mplayer -
Record livestream
Using rtmpdump:
URI="rtmp://livetv.gss.dr.dk/live" PLAYPATH="livedr01astream1" rtmpdump -quiet -r $URI --playpath $PLAYPATH --live -o somefile.flv
